Two West Virginia University students passionate about learning a new language and immersing themselves in cultural experiences will travel abroad this summer as recipients of the highly competitive U.S. Department of State Critical Language Scholarship. 

Azeem Khan, a West Virginia University student committed to public service, has been named the University’s 26th Truman Scholar, the nation’s top graduate fellowship award for aspiring public service leaders.

On May 10, grab your cap and gown and join your fellow Mountaineers on the Downtown area of campus where we'll have activities, giveaways, entertainment and some special guests throughout the day.
