Request Help

To request support from the Eberly College Office of Information Technology, email ECASITHelp@mail.wvu.edu or complete the request form.

If your request is urgent, please contact the central WVU Help Desk at 304-293-4444. Callers should specify they need to open an incident for the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences so a ticket can be created and immediately assigned to our group. The WVU Help Desk is available during the following times: 

Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
