English Honor Society to host open-mic reading on politics
Sigma Tau Delta, WVU’s English Honor Society, will host an open-mic reading of literature about politics via Zoom on Thursday, Oct. 29 from 6 to 7 p.m.Participants are encouraged to read from works of literature (poems, novels, short stories, essays, memoirs, plays, etc.) that explore campaigns, elections, voting, government and other political subjects. Bring political literature that you love—or that you find pertinent to our current political circumstances—or that you happen to have on your bookshelf. Original creative work is welcome! Plan to read for three to five minutes.
