Kellie McMillen was appointed as the Assistant Director of Career Services for the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences at West Virginia University. A Morgantown native, Kellie has deep roots in the local community and a strong commitment to supporting West Virginia students as they pursue meaningful careers.

She earned her bachelor's degree and master's from West Virginia University and has dedicated her career to education, career development, and student support. Kellie relocated to South Carolina for several years, where she worked in higher education and donor relations, strengthening partnerships, engaging alumni and stakeholders, and gaining valuable experience in relationship-building and advancement work.

In her current role, Kellie collaborates with students, alumni, faculty, and employers to create opportunities that connect classroom learning to career success. 

Kellie’s goal is to ensure every student feels supported, prepared, and confident as they take their next steps in the transition from college to career. Let's Go!
