2020 Election Series: Preparing to Vote
On Tuesday, Oct. 27, four experts from WVU and the community will lead an interactive panel discussion about many of the issues we are confronting as a society. In a discussion moderated by Duncan Lorimer, associate dean for research in the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences, the panelists will stress the need to make informed decisions ahead of the election based on facts and reliable evidence pertaining to issues of public health, climate science and racial justice. Throughout October, the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences is holding a series of lunch-hour discussions on topics related to the 2020 general election. This program is its culmination. The panel will be held on Zoom from noon to 12:50 p.m. Registration is required. Participants may submit questions ahead of time and during the event.
