Demo Day: Women's and Gender Studies Showcase
Join the Center for Women's and Gender Studies for the biannual showcase to see the work of more than 250 students from WVU's and Potomac State College's introductory courses. Engage in conversation on student-led activism, research and feminist scholarship and explore ways that social justice can be addressed through entrepreneurship and innovation.Cast your vote for the group project you feel most represents social justice scholarship, activism and a plan for social and political change. Judges will vote for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Showcase visitors can cast a vote for the "most popular" category. Visit displays, speak with students and decide which project you think deserves recognition based on the ideas, research and plan for social justice. Then, cast your vote!
