Post-Apocalyptic Governance? An Interactive Discussion in Response to the WVU Campus Read
This year’s Campus Read was "Station Eleven" by Emily St. John Mandel. As the book draws to a close, a glow on the horizon at dusk suggests the possibility of city lights. Considering the rudimentary community government encountered in the book, what type of governance may have emerged in the place where someone has managed to light up the city?A panelist of scholars who study governance from the perspectives of both public administration and political science will provide brief comments on the possible answers to this question. Their varying perspectives promise a lively discussion. Every attendee will receive an entry into a raffle for three $50 Amazon Gift Cards.
The event is hosted by WVU's Rockefeller School of Policy and Politics.
