Students Seeking Readmission
I hope that your time away from WVU has been a useful break in your academic career, and that you are now ready to come back with a new perspective on your remaining time in college. It is now time to begin the process of your return, and I have outlined the two simple steps you need to take.
- Readmission: after you have been reinstated, you will need to reapply to WVU
- Students who have not attended any other institution during their suspension period : the application fee may be waived. Please complete the Readmission Application and submit it to the Office of Admissions.
- Students who have attended other institutions during their suspension period: log on http://admissions.wvu.edu, click on Apply Now tab, click on Apply for undergraduate admission, fill out the form, and submit it online. Students are also required to submit their transcript from the other institution to WVU. Application fee is $30 for instate students and $60 for out of state (including international students).
Please note that the admissions process can take up to a week.
- Advising: you will need to discuss your schedule and your probation contract with me before you can register. We can meet in person or over the phone if you are away from Morgantown.
Please call 304-293-7476 to make an appointment face-to-face or over the phone. After I approve your schedule and your contract, I will lift your advising hold; you will be able to register after priority registration is over.
I am looking forward to our conversation,
