Current Students
- We begin accepting ALEKS requests four days before registration begins and will stop accepting requests two days before classes begin.
- Testing will begin on the first day of registration and will end on the third day of the add/drop period. View these important dates on the Office of the University Registrar’s calendar.
- Current students must pay a nonrefundable fee of $25.00.
- Submit the ALEKS request form to be added to ALEKS.
- You will receive an email from placement@math.wvu.edu within 2-3 days with instructions.
TIP: Your assigned adviser is available in Degree Works.
New STEM Pathway to begin fall 2024
We want to provide the best possible STEM education to our students and provide them with all the necessary tools to be successful as they progress through their STEM-related coursework. The Eberly College has initiated these updates after an analysis of current student success data and in consultation with the units of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. These changes have student success and timely progression through their major in mind.
