Eberly College Proposal and Award Notification Form

This form is used to capture information about any proposal that is submitted or award (including fellowships) that has been received by Eberly College faculty members but has not been routed through the Office of Sponsored Programs. For any fellowship, faculty must inform their department chair before submitting an application to a sponsoring organization. The applicant and department chair should discuss how the applicant’s teaching and service duties will be covered if the applicant receives the fellowship.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration Form

Interdisciplinary collaborations are an increasingly valuable component of research endeavors. The Eberly College Research Office can help faculty develop these collaborations where needed. If you are interested in contributing to an interdisciplinary project, please fill out this form and attach it in an email to ECAS-Research@mail.wvu.edu.
