Lydia Dugger

Professional Technologist II — Web Design and Development

214 Woodburn Hall,  In office 2-3 days a month

Lydia is the architect behind the development of our websites and thrives at the crossroads of design and code. She enjoys collaborating with the talented individuals in WVU's University Relations and the faculty and staff in the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences.

Her journey began in 2000, following her graduation from Shepherd University with a degree in graphic design. Over the past two decades, she has lent her expertise to websites of varying scales—from local enterprises and non-profits to one of the largest transit agencies in the United States. Residing in Martinsburg, WV, Lydia enjoys remote work but also looks forward to the two to three days per month that she works on campus. During her leisure time, she relishes playing games with her family, hiking trails, mentoring FIRST Tech Robotics team 14169, and training her rescue dog, Vaeh.
