To be considered for inclusion on the CAPC meeting agenda, a proposal must receive departmental chair/director approval and be submitted to the college level by the specified dates listed above.

The dates/deadlines above are subject to change based on changes/modifications made by the Graduate Council and/or the Faculty Senate and Faculty Senate Curriculum Committee. 

Please note, we work through all proposals as quickly as possible but making a proposal deadline may not guarantee inclusion in the agenda depending on the committee’s workload. Every effort is made to address proposals in a timely manner.
